Mr. Natarajan has over 30 years of experience in a variety of industries and geographies, and expertise in the areas of business strategy, manufacturing management, building organizational capability, and leadership coaching. Prior to joining GIA India, Mr. Natarajan was the Country Manager and Managing Director of CIRCOR International's India operations where he was responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy in India. He also served as CEO at NALS Outdoors India and held leadership positions at Eaton Corporation. He has a MBA from University of North Carolina, Charlotte and an MS in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University, Tempe.

Mr. Deshingkar is with GIA India since 2009, he leads GIA India's Education and Market Development verticals in the Institute's endeavor to fulfil its consumer-protection mission. He has over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of management functions and has led assignments at different stages in an organization's business cycle. He is an Electronics Engineer from VJTI, Mumbai, Master of Management Studies (MMS) and graduated in Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai.

Mr. Hansotia possesses rich experience in various domains such as general management, HR, corporate planning, and project management, with a background in engineering. He has worked with companies in the financial services and retail sector prior to joining GIA India. An engineer and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mumbai University he is at the helm of Laboratory operations at GIA India.

Ms. Javeri, G.G., A.J.P., joined GIA India in 2008 and has gradually risen through various profiles including in laboratory operations, quality assurance and customer service. She has around 15 years of experience in the diamond industry and is a Commerce graduate from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai.
