Customer Service Representative

  • Job Description:

        • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through telephone and electronically
        • Maintaining customers focus on all times and answering to customer’s enquiries using the standard
          guidelines
        • Provide customers with product and service information
        • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
        • Serve as liaison between the customer and various departments
        • Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
        • Research billing issues
        • Recommend process improvements

    Desired Candidate Profile:

        • Good communication skills – verbal and written
        • Good listening skills
        • Ability to work with others in close manner
        • Able to deliver excellent customer service, externally and internally
        • Well organized
        • Good interpersonal skills
        • Should be calm and patient
        • Languages known – English / Hindi (Mandatory), Gujarati (preferred)
        • Having basic computer knowledge

    Experience: 1 – 2 yrs.

    Salary:  CTC: 2.5 lakhs per annum
